Greg Vasey, Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Greg Vasey provides Hyde Park with industry experience and an impressive track record in restaurant franchise investing across the Five Guys and Dunkin' Donuts franchises. He purchased Five Guys development rights in 2008 for a suburban Boston territory, and has since built a restaurant group with returns well above the corporate average. Greg joined the Five Guys Franchisee Council in 2012, and was elected Vice Chairman in 2014. Prior to co-founding Hyde Park , Greg worked on UN policy at the US Department of State and received his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and BA from Hamilton College.

Jody Goehring, Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Jody Goehring brings a wealth of operating, development and M&A experience to Hyde Park. Most recently, Jody served as Vice President and Head of Corporate and Business Development at digital promotions giant RetailMeNot, Inc. Previously, Jody was an Associate Director in the Technology, Media, Telecom investment banking group at UBS Investment Bank in New York where he advised on a number of M&A and financing transactions. He also gained management consulting experience at Booz Allen Hamilton. He received his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Christoper Picard, Vice President, Operations

Christopher Picard leads operations for Hyde Park, and is an accomplished multi-unit restaurant operations director with more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry with the last 17 being in a multi-unit director role. In 2015, he was named the #1 District Manager at Five Guys corporate nationally. He is proficient in all areas related to restaurant operations ranging from teaching and learning, long term planning, team building, recruiting, new restaurant openings, executing company standards and fiscal responsibility. Chris has worked for a wide array of disciplines within the restaurant industry from casual dining, quick service, and café/bakeries with both company operations and franchise operations experience. Companies include Uno Chicago Grill, 99 Restaurants, Papa Ginos/D’Angelos, Au Bon Pain, Buffalo Wild Wings and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

Natasha Lopez, Administrative & Marketing

Natasha Lopez provides administrative and local market support for Hyde Park’s restaurant group. With 15 years of back office experience in a variety of industries, Natasha brings consistency to accounts payable, managerial accounting and local store market in day to day operations of the portfolio.

Yajaira Perez, Accounting & Human Resources

Yajaira Perez provides accounting and human resources support for Hyde Park’s 600 employees. With years of back experience managing teams and processes, Yajaira brings consistency to the Hyde Park HR function and accounting functions instrumental to running a smooth operation.

Brad Schuchardt, Chief Financial Officer

Brad Schuchardt is Hyde Park’s CFO responsible for all accounting and finance functions across the portfolio. Brad brings over 12 years of experience in both public and private accounting. He began his career in public accounting as an Auditor with a large national accounting firm. Subsequently, Brad spent the next five years as the CFO of a 40 unit Franchisor Sub Sandwich Chain in the Midwest. For the past two years, Brad was the CFO of a Wholesale Petroleum Distributor. Brad is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin. Brad holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater as well as a Master’s in Professional Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
